About me

The fascination for foreign languages and other cultures has accompanied me since childhood, ultimately paving my way into the world of translation and interpreting. During my Bachelor's studies in Translation, I discovered my enthusiasm for interpreting. I dreamt of one day sitting in one of those booths, enabling listeners to engage with an exciting lecture or follow conferences in a language they understand.

After completing a language course in Lyon, I returned to the University of Leipzig to embark on my dream studies. There, I further explored and fell in love with various facets of the profession because, as an interpreter, no day is the same as another. This impression was confirmed after entering the profession. From lectures on the flora and fauna of the Arctic aboard an expedition ship to seminars on glass construction and presentations on uranium ore mining in East Germany - the daily life of an interpreter is as challenging as it is diverse. And it is precisely this diversity that fuels my passion for this job.
